Love & Leche Lactation LLC, owned and operated by Megan Weimer, IBCLC, seeks to: meet parents where they are and provide practical, evidence-informed lactation support and realistic plans that fit each family.

Appointments and Provider-Client Relationship

Submitting a contact form, appointment request, or booking inquiry does not guarantee an appointment and does not by itself establish a provider-client relationship. An appointment is confirmed only after confirmation from Love & Leche Lactation LLC or through the applicable booking platform. A provider-client relationship begins only after the required intake and consent process has been completed and the practice has accepted the client for services. In-home appointments are subject to the practice’s service area and availability. Telehealth appointments may be available outside the local area where legally permitted.

For services involving a minor, a parent or legal guardian must complete required intake forms, provide consent, and communicate on the minor’s behalf, subject to applicable law.

The website does not directly collect payment or credit card information. Any payment arrangements or processing are handled through the applicable booking or payment service and are subject to that service’s terms. Appointment cancellation, rescheduling, payment, and refund policies are addressed in separate client consent and financial documents.
