Ways I can help

Personalized support for your feeding journey

You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. We’ll start with what’s happening now and what matters most to you.

Most hands-on support

In-home lactation consultations

Get one-on-one support in the comfort of your home. We’ll talk through your concerns, observe a feeding when appropriate, and create a practical plan for you and your baby.

Support may include latch and positioning, nipple or breast pain, milk supply, pumping, bottle feeding, and understanding your baby’s feeding patterns.

Initial visits: typically 75 minutes.

Flange fitting: I offer personalized flange fitting with a wide range of sizes and shapes available. I have completed additional training in flange fitting to help you find a comfortable, effective fit for your pumping needs.

Before baby arrives

Prenatal lactation consultations

Feel more prepared for feeding before your baby is born. We’ll discuss your goals, what to expect in the early days, getting breastfeeding off to a start, pumping basics, and when to seek help.

Bring your questions, whether this is your first baby or you’re preparing for a different experience this time.

Follow-up consultations

Feeding can change quickly. Follow-up visits give us a chance to see how your plan is working, make adjustments, and keep moving toward your goals.

Follow-ups are typically 60 minutes and are booked through the direct booking site.

Flexible support

Virtual consultations

Connect with me online for focused support with feeding questions, pumping, planning, or troubleshooting.

Virtual appointments are 30 minutes.

Common reasons families reach out

You don’t have to wait until things feel overwhelming.

I can help you work through concerns such as:

  • Painful latch, nipple pain, or positioning questions
  • Concerns about milk supply or baby’s milk intake
  • Pumping plans, flange fitting, and choosing or using a pump
  • Bottle introduction, bottle refusal, or combination feeding
  • Returning to work while continuing to provide breast milk
  • Weaning and changing feeding goals
  • Questions about your baby’s oral function and next steps

Every family is different. Recommendations are individualized to your concerns, your baby’s needs, and the goals you choose.
