Meet your lactation consultant

Hi, I’m Megan!

I’m an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), mom of two, and the person behind Love & Leche Lactation.

My path to lactation care wasn’t a straight line. I spent 13 years working in engineering, where I learned to ask questions, solve problems, and look for practical solutions. After breastfeeding my own two daughters, I felt called to bring that same thoughtful, problem-solving approach to supporting families through infant feeding.

I know that feeding a baby can be more complicated than you expected. My goal is to make sure you feel heard, supported, and equipped with a plan that works in real life.

A little about my approach

Support that fits your family.

There isn’t one right way to feed a baby, and there isn’t one plan that works for everyone. I meet parents where they are, listen to what matters most to them, and help create realistic next steps without judgment.

Whether you need help with latch, pain, pumping, milk supply, bottle feeding, or preparing before baby arrives, we’ll work together toward your goals.

My background

  • International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
  • 500 hours of supervised clinical experience
  • 95 hours of lactation-specific education
  • Mom of two, with personal breastfeeding experience

Let’s figure it out together.

You don’t have to navigate feeding challenges alone. I’d love to help you find a path forward that feels right for you and your baby.
